Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct contains compulsory instructions for the behaviour of all MAN Group employees worldwide. It expands upon the company's guiding principles, spells out important basic rules and sets minimum standards.

The goal of the Code of Conduct is to provide employees the necessary foundation for all legal and ethical challenges they may meet in the course of their daily work, give them orientation as well as promote correct action. As a result, confidence in the performance and integrity of the MAN Finance Group is strengthened further.​
